5th Polish-German Energy Conference

The TREASURE project team from Szczecińska Energetyka Cieplna (SEC) actively participated in the 5th Polish-German Energy Conference held in Anklam last year. The conference, focused on "The Green Deal and its Impact on the Poland-Germany Riverside Region," brought together stakeholders from both sides of the border. The event, held at the Ikareum in Anklam, featured presentations and panel discussions with over 120 attendees, including industry representatives, business partners, and energy experts.

The conference provided a valuable platform for TREASURE to engage in cross-border knowledge exchange and collaboration. Discussions centered on the energy transition, including energy efficiency, hydrogen, renewable energy sources, geothermal energy, energy storage, and the expansion of energy grids. Participants explored innovative approaches to climate protection and transformation, with a focus on inspiring concrete actions within the Euroregion Pomerania. The event also highlighted the importance of raising environmental awareness among local residents.

TREASURE's presence at the conference underscored the project's commitment to promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing across borders. The project team gained valuable insights from experts and stakeholders, while also sharing TREASURE's vision for sustainable energy solutions and its innovative work in thermal energy storage. We look forward to continuing our engagement in similar events that promote collaboration and accelerate the transition to a cleaner energy landscape.
